How to play Laser Flip

1. A laser shines in from the left edge and bounces off the mirrors in its way.
2. Tap or click a mirror to flip it between / and \.
3. The beam updates as you flip. A board is solved when it passes through every yellow target at once.
4. On difficulty 5, four boards go from 4 mirrors and one target up to 10 mirrors and three targets. Clear them all before the time runs out.
5. You start on difficulty 3 of 10. Clear a difficulty to unlock the next: bigger boards with more targets (3 to 6 mirrors on difficulty 1, up to 11 mirrors and four targets on difficulty 10). Pick any unlocked difficulty with the arrows on the start card.

Tips

• Work backwards from a target: which mirror could send the beam into it?
• Not every mirror is on the beam’s route. Some are only there to distract you.
• Mirrors the beam doesn’t touch don’t matter, so flipping them only costs time.
• Everyone gets the same boards all day, and new ones at midnight UTC. “Practice a new layout” deals fresh boards any time, off the leaderboard.
