How to play Metronome
- Four count-in beats get you ready.
- Tap, click or press Space on every click of the metronome.
- The beat speeds up, then you can only hear it, then it goes silent for four beats while you keep tapping in time.
- Three misses or off-beat taps end the run.
Tips
- Tap on the click, not on the swing of the arm.
- In the silent section, keep a small movement going, like nodding, to hold the tempo.
- Each tap has to land within about 90 ms of the beat. Your score is your average timing error.
