How to play Crate Lift
- On a phone, hold it sideways. Run your robot left and right: slide your left thumb on a phone, or use A and D or the arrow keys. The robot never jumps or climbs a step.
- Hold your right thumb anywhere (or Space) and every crate, boulder, balloon and coin falls up until you let go. Balloons go the other way: they sink while you hold.
- A crate in your way is a wall: hold to lift it and run under, and let go once you are past. A crate set into the floor is floor while you let go and an elevator while you hold.
- The door is locked until you have the key, which sits under a grate on the first floor. A long hold brings the boulder under it up too.
- Cannons fire along their floor on a fixed beat, glowing first. Crates and boulders stop their shots; holding lifts your cover with everything else.
- You start on difficulty 3 of 10. Clear a difficulty to unlock the next: the cannons fire more often (every 3 seconds on difficulty 5, every 2.1 on 10) and glow for less time first. 60 seconds.
Tips
- A short tap lifts things about half a cell and lets them drop back. That is all the key needs.
- Hold right after a shot, not during the glow: you have until the next one to get under and let go.
- A crate you just ran under drops back behind you when you let go, and it covers you from the cannon behind.
- On the bridges of balloons, keep holding: they are only floor while you do.
- The room is the same every time, so each try teaches you the next part.
