How to play Doodle Wheel
- Draw a wheel in the box at the top, in one stroke. Let go near where you started and it closes into a loop.
- Your wheel is set down at the arrow and rolls down the course. It has to stop in the green zone, or stay in it for a second and a half.
- If it stops short, rolls past or flies off, draw another wheel and try again. A miss only costs time.
- Park in every course on the difficulty within the minute. You start on difficulty 3 of 10; higher difficulties add courses and narrow the zones.
- The daily layout shuffles the courses a little, flips some left to right, and makes each slope a bit steeper or gentler. Everyone gets the same courses all day, and new ones at midnight UTC.
Tips
- Round wheels roll far and fast. Corners brake: a square or a triangle stops where a circle shoots past.
- A big round wheel carries more speed over a gap. A small one gets stuck less on steps.
- Your last wheel stays faintly in the box, so you can draw the next one a little rounder or a little spikier.
- Watch the course name: a shelf or the edge of a pit wants brakes, a long flat stretch wants a roller.
- “Practice a new layout” deals different courses any time, off the leaderboard.
